Important notes and terms for use of this website
Within the privacy policy that follows, we have included important information on our confidentiality agreements and policies regarding our services.
On counseling and other psychological services
Services offered by our counselors are typically offered face-to-face. Email, phone calls, and informational documents, while sometimes helpful, do not constitute a Counselor-Client or other type of Therapeutic Relationship.
While we seek to be of service to our community, we do not assume any liability for the use (or misuse) of information obtained at this site. The links provided to other sites are provided as a courtesy, and we are not responsible for their content. We do not assume responsibility for the Counselor-Client relationship until a client comes to our office and meets with us.
On Confidentiality
Covenant Counseling and Education Center will use provided email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. As the Internet is a complex and public information system, email is not a confidential means of communication. We strive to treat all communications with professional care, but cannot be held responsible for the protection or privacy of information transferred though the Internet or any other network that you may utilize to contact us.
