Unlike many therapists who are trained only to passively listen and reflect the client's thoughts without offering or saying much to the client, I believe in an active, fully engaged approach. This means that in addition to being an active listener, I take an active and dynamic role in facilitating the patient's progress in meeting their individual goals.
